When you are engaged in an activity that feels especially suited to you very little friction is being generated between your capabilities and whatever you are doing. You may experience what positive psychologists call “flow” - a sense of absorption in your activity that causes you to lose track of time and perform whatever you are doing at your highest level of skill. But when you feel consistent dissatisfaction, the chances are good either that you are not using some of these key personalities traits in the best way.
