A diverse workforce can capture a greater share of the consumer market. We see when we hire from a diverse pool of candidates means a more qualified workforce. A diverse and inclusive workforce helps businesses avoid employee turnover costs. Diversity fosters a more creative and innovative workforce. In 2020, we do need to talk about this topic: Diversity and Inclusion. In this episode, we speak with Martin Stark, he is a Courage Champion, an advocate of health and fitness, and passionate about Inclusion, Social Justice and Fairness. And his digital footprint definitely represents these important topics. He lives in Sydney where he works as a senior IT Strategic Procurement Leader. Martin was diagnosed with Addison’s disease in 2006 shortly after surviving being placed in an induced coma. His story demonstrates true courage and the value of faith, life and relationships. He never gave up in life in the face of suffering. He not only survives, he thrives in all aspects of his career and life. He shares his story with us. We also talk about his loves Brazil and Boxing. Through his passion of diversity and bringing people together, Martin is arranging the LGBTIQ friendly World Gay Boxing Championships to be held in Sydney. A MUST Listen.
